Cherish Life
What is the meaning of life?
We are on earth for a period time and we should treasure, respect it, acknowledge it
and embrace it. Regardless of your religious convictions or lack thereof, we must
cherish life. We should be dedicated to raising awareness that tiny lives are precious
and not expendable too. We should also respect and show kindness to animals as well.
We should protect and we must value life itself.
The question remains; how can we make a difference in people’s lives, we don’t even know?
Have you ever stopped to wonder when you die, what will be said of you? Most of us do.
We need to make a difference in someone’s life even, if we do not know them. It’s giving back and giving forward. We need to start giving back to our community and society by helping those who maybe in need.
It may not be much but it’s a start. It’s what good and caring people do. We are all connected. The human race is one big family. Don’t be silent. Commit yourself to take
a stand for life EVERY day. EVERY life should be cherished.
Everything has its cause and effect, including the hardships we are facing today.
Support each other and we will see how meaningful our life will become. Never look
down on others, as we never know what the future may hold, when we may in turn
require help as well.
Every core of every person needs LOVE and to matter at a level much deeper than most can ever give love or receive love. No matter their outer beauty, most still feel insignificant and that they do not merit such rave reviews. They still look at their face, their hair and
their bodies and find fault, just as you do. In fact, I think many wake up day in and day out amazed at their good fortune to be living the lives that they do. But this does not mean that they feel like they DESERVE it. They question whether their success will last forever, or what their legacy will be in time and in history, just as you do.
When someone you know, or is very close to you dies, it always put things into perspective. Always choose to heal not to hurt, to forgive not to despise and to persevere not to quit.
At the end of the life, what really matters most is not what we bought but what we built,
not what we got but what we shared, not our competence but our character, and not our success but our significance.
Most importantly, it is for you to do every day, what you can do to make a difference both
in the short and long term. For you do not know the impact you are having on those
around you. Live as though you know, you will make a difference because you will.
The true meaning of life is the difference that you can make for those around you and for those generations to come. Sometimes it is in small ways; sometimes in large ways, but ultimately the meaning of your life will be based on 'the meaning that you give to others’.
Live a life that matters. Live a life that cares. Have a wonderful life ahead.
